It has been an endeavour at Beacon to nurture and grow the creative pursuit of every child. Art helps every student to explore and experiment with their aesthetic abilities. Here they express their ideas and emotions by means of visual language. They get an exposure to various cultures by studying art forms from across the globe. This develops the students to be open minded and global citizens.
Beacon is renowned for its outstanding performing and creative arts programs and many of our students have participated in multiple music, dance and drama performances during their life at school, and represented the school in external events.
Throughout the school, we have dedicated teachers in Music, Dance, Drama, and Visual Arts who specialize in bringing out the best in our students. The Beacon Theatre is a state-of-the-art venue designed specifically for Music, Dance and Drama performances that take place throughout the year.
We take pride in our Visual Arts program, with annual Student Art Exhibitions featuring works from all year groups and consistent selection of our students’ artworks for display at exhibitions around the city.
