On 5 February 2025, the Preschool & Junior School community came together to celebrate Global Play Day, a special event that highlighted the joy and importance of play in learning. Year 1 and Year 2 students, along with their parents, participated in a day filled with laughter, movement, and friendly competition.
The event kicked off with an energetic Zumba session led by Ms Novenda and Ms Thessa, setting the tone for a day of fun and active engagement. Preschool and Year 1 students and their parents enjoyed the festivities in the morning, while Year 2 took their turn in the afternoon.
Throughout the day, families took part in 12 exciting games that encourage teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. All participants enjoyed a variety of other activities that sparked laughter and friendly competition. Global Play Day 2025 was a wonderful opportunity for families to bond, celebrate learning through play, and create lasting memories—one playful moment at a time.
